Henry Ziegler Steinway (August 23, 1915 -- September 18, 2008) was the last living "Steinway" president of the piano company Steinway and Sons. He was the great-grandson of the company founder Henry E. Steinway and started at the firm in 1937 after graduating from Harvard University.
Maurice Unis, owner of Classic Pianos was fortunate to have had close association with the Steinway family and was pleased to acquire this piano after Henry's death. Classic Pianos has faithfully and painstakingly restored the piano to the highest standards. This piano is not only a rare collectors item, but a magnificent example of the Steinway quality of this era.
