The place is furnished with a desk, bookcase, and closets (very nice pieces of furniture which came with the place) along with a nice (expensive memory foam) bed, good desktop with a 24 inch flat screen monitor, plus a tv which I brought with me. It also comes with a microwave, a laundry machine, and a refrigerator. It does have A/C. Look around in the pictures, more or less everything (except my clothes, books, personal belongings, etc.) is there for your use (how convenient!)

The location is about a 3 minute walk from exit 2 or 3 of Seoul National University Station. About a 5 minute walk to a big supermarket. Very good location and a very nice building. Right across from the famous "관악구청" (gwanak-gu-chung). 99% of taxi drivers will know where this is and this building is right across the street from it. Did I mention you're ten meters away from both a bus stop and a 24 hour convenience mart? Also, there's a cozy bar + Indian restaurant on the 2nd floor, both of which I recommend.
The room is on the fifth floor.
I'm looking for 750,000. The reason I have a cheap monthly rent is because I put a 30million won deposit on it (roughly 30 grand). If you put a 10million won deposit (roughly 10 grand), you'd have to pay a base 700,000 plus maintenance and utilities (roughly 780,000) and if you put down a 5million won, you'd pay a base 800,000 plus maintenance and utilities (roughly 880,000).
For 750,000, you don't have to put down a hefty down payment, and you don't have to worry about maintenance and utilities.
I forgot to mention, the place comes with QOOK TV (a high end cable subscription) and internet access, both included in the price.
I might be negotiable on the price if I feel the interested party would take care of my place better, seem responsible, etc.

It is around a 5 minute walk to Seolleung Station (green line), which is one subway stop away from COEX Mall, and in the opposite direction, you can walk to Hanti Station (Bundang Line) in less than 15 minutes.
There are many restaurants, coffee shops, marts, pc bangs, bars, etc to go to, but the actual building is in a well lit, yet quiet alley. There are CCTVs in the front, a 24/7 7Eleven that also has security cameras, so you don't have to worry about safety. It is VERY safe.
There are a couple English teachers who live in the building and I have seen a few couples, and also the landlord lives in the same building, so it is convenient to contact him if you have any issues with the room.

1. Pretty good location (Nakseongdae is on line 2, just one stop from Sadang), lots of young people/restaurants/etc. due to its proximity to Seoul National University. 4 minute walk to subway, or 1 minute walk to a maeul bus stop that will take you to Namseong Station (line 7).
2. Like I mentioned in title, 320,000 krw covers everything. Water, Electricity, Heat, Cable, and Internet are ALL INCLUDED. I clocked the internet at 25Mbps down, 20 Mbps up just now. Plenty fast enough for whatever you need it for.

Cons:
1. There is no gas range so if you like to cook, this apartment is not for you. But there's a hot plate you can use to heat up ramyun or something.
2. It's pretty small. You might have guessed that already. I estimated by eye that it's about 15'x15' including the bathroom.
3. The bathroom does not have a separate shower. The shower head is connected to the sink, and when you shower you will be getting the whole bathroom wet. This never bothered me.
4. It's on the ground floor. Basically it's a room on the side of the garage. It does have a window, however.
But who cares about all that. It's 320,000 KRW, with FREE utilities. :)
