There's a sliding door between the kitchen area and the room. The room is furnitured with a closet, bookshelves, a desk with drawers and an office chair. The deposit is only 2 mill. won and the monthly rent is 440,000 won. including tv signal, internet, water and gas. The electricity bill has been less than 5000 won in the summer season. There is an electronic door key and a normal key if you want to use both.
It's located a few steps from the famous street Nokdo (Sillim) a lively street with lots of cheap restaurants, cafes and local stores. This area is known for the affordable prices and many students. It's also next to the beautiful and popular Gwanak mountain and Seoul National University.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from busstops. 10 min busride to either Sillim st. or Seoul Nat. university st. where you will find even more restaurants and shopping places and will be connected to the green subway line 2 (that goes to Sindorim, Hongdae, Shinchon, Edae etc.)
Bus 501 will take you directly to places like Sangdo, Yongsan, Samgakti, Seoul st. etc. this bus leaves from the terminal 2 min. away from the apt. and you will always get a seat :)
5 min free shuttle bus between Nokdo and Seoul National University.
The landlords are a very sweet and honest Korean couple, who lives on the 5th floor of the building if you need any help. There will be 7 months left of this contract when you can move in around the 27th or November. Im flexible about the date.
