Silent neighbors. Comes with aircon, fridge-freezer and washer/dryer as per usual. There is plenty of closet and shelf-space; The kitchen is OK sized and has convenient drying racks for crockery and cutlery, plus useful cupboards.
The ceiling of the loft was a major selling point for us. It is higher than most lofts we've seen, though still not quite high enough to stand up in (unless you are 4'6"). The loft area itself i pretty spacious too, with smooth wooden floors, and ample cupboard and shelf space.

We are leaving in the middle of our lease, so options exist for you to take it over on a short lease (until June 14th 2010) or start a new full-year lease, but that will have to be between you and the landlord. We cannot negotiate this for you.
