You Kyoung-min,
I think the book is a good idea.
Do you need a little help editing it or will that be done in your publishing portion?
It's very long, so I'm not sure that I have the time to do the whole thing but maybe when you forward this to others they can do a page each.
I know a lot of English speakers come to rent because they are teaching English in the area.
I hope that I offered some good feedback.
Thank you for the information.
Best,
Linda

Here, I have begun to edit this for you if you like.
I can see you have put a lot of work into it, so I just thought I would help you a bit.
I will work on this if you want me to, whenever i have a bit of free time.
If you don't want me to that is okay.
Let me know.

Thank you very much!
I just browse through your e-book and I find it very informative.
Yes, my husband and I are thinking of going to Korea for a year or 2 and he is currently looking for a teaching post.
I saw on advertisement that some schools provide housing allowance of 400,000 to 600,000 won if teachers look for their own accommodation.
That doesn’t sound like a lot and that probably is a single person rate.
We may have to top up monthly rental if we want to find somewhere big enough for 2 people.
You are right, rental procedures differs a lot, I am a bit nervous with regards to “Key Money”;
we won’t be able to pay a huge lump sum and would prefer to pay a reasonable monthly rental.
And we are not sure if my husband’s future employer will help pay the ‘key money’.
Nevertheless, it’s a great document and if we get a responds from the schools, we will get in touch with you again. :D
Cheers,
Catherine
